Paul Rossman

Paul Rossman is an accomplished professional with significant experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Blueprint since March 2021, Paul previously held positions as Project Manager and Sales Associate within the same company. Prior to that, Paul worked at Omnicell as an Implementation Engineer, focusing on customer engagement in hospital pharmacies to enhance return on investment and system reliability. Additional experience includes roles at Blueprint Robotics, Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering, Regal Beloit Corporation, Emerson Industrial Automation, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and studied at the Technical University of Denmark.
