Heather Glynn

Heather has been in the industry of developing people and teams for over 15 years.

She oversees the recruiting and operations teams at Blueprint with a high focus on business efficiencies and processes. Her career began at Dale Carnegie Training where she oversaw office processes, procedures and operations as well as worked closely with Fortune 500 Account Managers. Heather then went on to manage operations within a company's Spa & Salon department of approximately 110 employees across 6 different teams. She's highly skilled in day-to-day operations management specifically within recruiting, hiring and coordinating training.
