Kyung Lee

Kyung Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fraud analysis, customer service, and training coordination. Currently serving as a Fraud Analyst and Consultant at Blueprint since April 2016, Kyung Lee specializes in billing escalation, Korean regional matters, and mentoring agents. Previous experience includes a Senior Agent position at Korean Air from April 2001 to June 2008, where responsibilities encompassed training new agents, coordinating office schedules, and managing customer service and sales. Additionally, an internship at HYATT Hotels involved floral decoration for weddings and events.
