Heather Stever

Heather Stever MBA has extensive experience in sales, customer experience, and academic management within the education sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Blueprint Test Prep since June 2014, Heather leads a team of 29 professionals, focusing on surpassing sales targets and enhancing customer experience. Heather previously held roles as Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience, Senior Director of Student Success, and Academic Director, contributing to the transition of Next Step Test Preparation into Blueprint LSAT Prep in 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Center Director at both Huntington Learning Center and Kaplan, as well as Assistant Director of Recruitment & Admissions at Rochester Institute of Technology, where a notable increase in student enrollment was achieved. Heather holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in German and International Studies along with International Relations and Affairs from Allegheny College.
