Samantha Cosenza

Samantha Cosenza is currently serving as Financial Controller at Blueprint Test Prep since November 2024. Previously, Samantha held the position of Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Ziff Davis from July 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included establishing strategy, managing budgets and financial forecasts, and overseeing the implementation of a new ERP system. Earlier experience includes roles as Director and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at PwC, where a SOX program was implemented, and Senior Associate in Audit, coordinating with external auditors on SOX testing. Prior experience also includes an Advisory Associate position at KPMG, focusing on audit quality control and SOX testing. Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from St. John's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University at Albany.
