Blueprint to Great Schools
Rachel Keane is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blueprint to Great Schools, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Rachel served at Success Academy Charter Schools from April 2014 to September 2024, where roles included Principal of the High School of the Liberal Arts in Manhattan, overseeing academic management and college outcomes, as well as Middle School Principal and Assistant Principal at a Title 1 middle school, focusing on teacher development across multiple subjects. Rachel began their career in education as a Kindergarten Teacher and progressed through various teaching positions, including Lead Teacher roles in 2nd and 3rd grades. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Philosophy from James Madison University, earned in May 2012.

We train K-12 executive and board-level leaders to adopt our Blueprint, a systematic framework for disciplined decision-making, and deliver results for their organizations. Our ultimate goal is for our clients to independently use our framework to support their vision, no matter where they operate in the education ecosystem.
