Cara McCabe

Cara McCabe is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, sales, and public relations. Currently serving as the Founder’s Associate in Strategy & Operations at Blueprint since July 2025, Cara previously held the position of Business Operations Manager at Stash from March 2024 to July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Division Sales Recruiter, Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, and Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap between June 2020 and March 2024. Initial career steps included internships in Healthcare Public Relations at ICR and Marketing and Public Relations at Duel Tech. Cara McCabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication and Reporting, with a focus on Digital Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed an international academic semester and internship in London through the Foundation for International Education.
