Barb Saunders is a Social Services Director and Mental Health First Aid Instructor with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. They have held leadership roles at organizations such as Wesley Family Services, where they served as Program Director, and Allegheny HealthChoices, Inc. as Director of Behavioral Health Innovation and Learning. Currently, Barb is the Building Futures Director at Blueprints and continues to advocate for population health and system reform. They believe in the power of prevention and prioritize collaboration, humor, and self-care in both professional and personal endeavors.
