Anna Musierowicz-Kuczawska

Anna Musierowicz-Kuczawska has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR. Anna currently works at Bluerank as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bluerank from November 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Bluerank, they worked at Aflofarm Farmacja Polska as a Recruitment Specialist from June 2021 to November 2021. Anna also has experience as a Rękodzielniczka at meryblue.embroidery since September 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at DOZ S.A. as a Recruitment and HR Specialist from February 2016 to March 2021. Anna was responsible for conducting recruitment projects, coordinating onboarding processes, and managing various HR projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Employee at Biznes Partner from January 2015 to January 2016, and as an intern at Work Express Sp. z o.o. from September 2014 to December 2014.

Anna Musierowicz-Kuczawska began their education at the University of Lodz in 2009 and completed their undergraduate studies there in 2014, earning a degree in Etnologia (Ethnology). Anna then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Socjologia (Sociology) from 2012 to 2015. In 2016-2017, Anna enrolled at the Lodz University of Technology to study Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi (Human Resource Management).

In addition to their formal education, Anna has also earned certifications in advanced sourcing techniques from Super Source Me, obtaining the certification in June 2022. Anna has also completed the EB Expert Academy from HRM Institute, receiving the certification in March 2022.
