Katarzyna Szymańska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katarzyna began their career in 2003 as an Assistant in the Marketing Department at Freetime Poland Sp. z o.o. In 2004, they moved to Deco Sp. z o.o. as an Export Assistant and eventually became the Export Department Manager from 2007 to 2012. Katarzyna then joined Axia Digital in 2011 as a Project Manager until 2014. Currently, Szymańska is employed at Bluerank, where they have held various positions since 2014. Katarzyna started as an Account Manager until 2017, progressed to a Key Account Manager until 2019, and then served as a Client Service Team Supervisor until 2022. Katarzyna is currently working as a Client Service Director at Bluerank.

Katarzyna Szymańska pursued their education in a chronological sequence. Katarzyna earned their degree of "magister" in Sociology from the University of Lodz from 1998 to 2003. Later, in 2017, they obtained a certification in "Dimaq" from the IAB institution.
