Marta Wosik has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Specjalista ds. sprzedaży at INTERSPORT International from July 2013 to August 2015. After that, they worked as an Account Manager at Pitted Cherries from June 2016 to September 2017. Marta then joined Bluerank where they held different positions, including Account Executive from September 2017 to February 2019, Account Manager from February 2019 to January 2021, Senior Account Manager from February 2021 to January 2022, and currently serves as the Client Service Team Lead since February 2022.

Marta Wosik attended the University of Lodz from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Public Relations, reklama, komunikacja wizerunkowa. Lastly, in November 2019, they obtained the "DIMAQ Professional" certification from IAB Polska.
