Paulina Ginalska began their work experience in 2014 as a Młodszy Doradca Klienta Detalicznego at ING Polska. Paulina then worked at ATOM Agency as a Junior ePR Specialist from July 2015 to May 2016. In 2016, Paulina had a role as a Stażysta at Sąd Okręgowy w Łodzi from June to December. Since January 2017, they have been working at Bluerank, starting as a Content Executive until February 2018. From March 2018 to February 2021, they held the position of Content Specialist at Bluerank. Currently, Paulina is working as a Content Team Lead at Bluerank starting from March 2021.
Paulina Ginalska received their Licencjat (Lic.) in Zarządzanie from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Paulina later pursued their Magister (Mgr) in Zarządzanie with a specialization in Zarządzanie Rozwojem Przedsiębiorstwa at the same university from 2012 to 2014.
