Timothy Graul has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Timothy started as a Camp Director at Martha's Vineyard Sharks in 2014. In 2015, they gained experience in real estate management at Briarwood Meadows, assisting in various maintenance projects and developing relationships. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Analyst at HFF. In 2017, Timothy joined Magna Hospitality Group as a Development and Acquisitions Analyst, specializing in underwriting deals and analyzing markets. Timothy also worked at Bluerock as an Acquisitions Analyst from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they held the role of Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Bluerock Real Estate. Currently, Timothy is the Vice President at Bluerock, starting in 2023.
Timothy Graul attended the Moses Brown School from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they enrolled at the Salisbury School for the duration of the academic year 2012 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
