Melissa Mudrick

Melissa Mudrick, JD, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Melissa currently serves as the SVP of Quality Assurance at BlueRock Therapeutics since September 2021. Prior to that, Melissa was the Founder and CEO of Mudrick Consulting, LLC, where they provided strategic operational and quality advisory support for product life cycles. Melissa has also held positions at Organon and Merck, including the Global Head of R&D Quality at Organon and Head of R&D Quality and Compliance at Merck.

Before their corporate roles, Melissa spent several years at Biogen, where they held multiple positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of R&D Quality & Compliance and Global Business Integration Lead. Melissa was part of the senior leadership team for a large organization and gained experience in operations, quality, and systems disciplines.

Melissa's earlier career involved research and clinical roles. Melissa worked at Boston University Medical Campus as a Project Coordinator and Research Assistant in Psychopharmacology, conducting research visits and managing clinical trial documentation. At the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, they served as a Research Assistant, providing overall lab and office management support. Melissa also worked as a Program Specialist at The May Institute for Mental Health, providing direct home care for individuals with various diagnoses.

Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, research, project management, and leadership.

Melissa Mudrick, JD, earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Dickinson College. Melissa later went on to attend Suffolk University Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
