Shabnam Shoaebargh

Shabnam Shoaebargh is a Senior Scientist at BlueRock Therapeutics, holding various roles since July 2021, including Manufacturing Process Owner and Process Lead. Prior to this, Shabnam worked at Cytiva from May 2019 to July 2021 as a Development Scientist/Engineer I in the Centre for Advanced Therapeutic Cell Technologies, which was formerly known as GE Healthcare until April 2020. Shabnam's early career includes a position as a Research Assistant at McMaster University from January 2015 to May 2019, focusing on downstream processing of viral vectors and collaborative projects with the Biotherapeutics Manufacturing Centre team. Additionally, Shabnam served as a Teaching Assistant, leading tutorials and supporting students in courses related to chemical engineering. Shabnam earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University in 2019.
