Teresa Blake

Teresa Blake has extensive experience in site contracting and clinical trials, currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Site Contracts at BlueRock Therapeutics since May 2022. In this role, Teresa leads the development of the site contracting function, overseeing the delivery of site contracting and budgeting across all clinical trials. Prior to joining BlueRock, Teresa worked at Parexel as Manager of Site Contract Leaders, managing a team to negotiate clinical trial agreements and budgets, and as a Senior Site Contract Leader, providing expertise on site contracting processes. Earlier experience includes roles at IQVIA as an Investigator Services Analyst focused on contract negotiations, and as a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo. Teresa began legal training as a Law Clerk at Mast, Mast, Johnson, Wells, & Trimyer, P.A. Academically, Teresa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wake Forest University.
