Agee Ralph

Agee Ralph has extensive experience in engineering and sales within the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at BlueScope Construction, Inc. since February 2019. In this role, Agee collaborates with customers to create tailored building solutions, focusing on budget, schedule, and end-use requirements, while also performing preliminary engineering to establish construction budgets. Prior to this, Agee held the position of Design Services Manager at BlueScope Construction from 2004 to February 2019, overseeing a team of 15 engineers responsible for the structural design of Hybrid Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. Agee's earlier roles include Program Engineering Manager and Project Engineer at Butler Construction from 1992 to 2004 and 1982 to 1992, respectively, focusing on engineering management for distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. Agee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (1980-1981) and attended Northeast Missouri State University from 1977 to 1979.
