Alice H. currently serves as the Global Learning Lead for Organisational Development at BlueScope, where responsibilities include embedding a learning culture and leading global learning initiatives, along with managing learning systems such as Fuse Universal LXP and LinkedIn Learning. Previous roles at BlueScope included LXP Consultant and Learning Experience Designer, focusing on transitioning learning technology projects and delivering innovative learning solutions for a global workforce. Alice also gained experience at the NSW Department of Education as a Web Developer and Learning Designer, overseeing high-traffic learning resource websites. Prior to that, Alice worked as a Digital Producer at Little Scientists Australia, where the focus was on digital strategy and web development. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Deakin University, Alice's education complements a strong background in learning design and digital engagement.
