Brendan Smith

Brendan Smith currently serves as the Head of Organisational Capability & Development at BlueScope, focusing on Australian Steel Products since November 2022. With extensive experience in learning and development, Brendan has previously held roles such as National Learning and Development Manager at both BlueScope and Built., as well as Head of Learning and Capability Development at Built. Prior experience includes various positions at Carlisle Homes Pty Ltd, where Brendan advanced from New Home Sales Consultant to Senior Learning and Development Consultant. Brendan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature from La Trobe University, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Swinburne University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong.
