Grant Nicholls

Grant Nicholls is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and lean principles. Since January 2022, Grant has served as the State Operations Manager for NSW at BlueScope. Prior to this role, Grant held various positions at B&D Australia, including Product Engineering and Innovation Manager and NSW Operations Manager, from September 2015 to January 2022. Grant's experience also includes serving as NSW Operations Manager for GWA Group Limited and Plant Manager at Boral. Earlier roles involved significant contributions to value stream management and lean implementation at Crane Copper Tube. Grant holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, a Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing from TAFE NSW, and completed training from Harvard Business Publishing focusing on operating with a commercial mindset.
