Lucy Carson

Lucy Carson possesses extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as the National Technical and Specification Manager at BlueScope since October 2022. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Orrcon Steel, including Operations Manager and Manager of Melbourne Metro, from December 2017 to October 2022. Lucy's tenure at BlueScope began in 2005, where roles progressed from Sales Analyst in Building Markets to State Manager for the Building Market before becoming involved in business development. Lucy holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University, completed in 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering in Materials from the same institution, earned in 2005. In 2015, Lucy enhanced leadership skills through a program at INSEAD titled Learning to Lead.
