Rich Rousseau

Rich Rousseau has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Rich currently serves as the Director of Commercial Excellence at BlueScope, a role they have held since 2018. Rich was also briefly the Director of Commercial Excellence at BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. in 2022. Prior to joining BlueScope, Rich worked at Cornerstone Building Brands as the Director of Commercial Excellence for the Metal Coaters division from 2018 to 2022. Rich was responsible for customer service, production scheduling, and implementing a customer experience strategy. Before that, Rich worked at Oldcastle Precast from 2013 to 2018, where they served as the Director of Customer Service, Fulfillment & Transportation Management and the Business Development Manager. Rich also has past experience at World Color Logistics, Publishers Express, and Dow Jones & Company Inc in various leadership roles.

From 1980 to 1984, Rich Rousseau attended Rider College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, specializing in Industrial Relations/Personnel.
