Richard has held various roles at BlueScope Steel, Ingram Micro Australia, the Disney Store Europe, and Inmarsat. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Wollongong. Richard attended Illawarra Grammar School prior to their university studies.
