Roland Neilands

Roland Neilands is an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant at BlueScope since February 2024, previously serving as Lead Developer at Simon Curwood Jewellers from March 2021 to December 2023, where technical oversight contributed to an expansion from 4 to 13 stores. Prior roles include Primary Consultant at Biscit Pty Ltd from February 2020 to January 2021 and a long tenure at Pulse Mining Systems from 2000 to February 2020, encompassing positions such as Analyst/Programmer, Module Lead, and Technical Lead, focusing on Finance, Supply, Utilities, and minor specialties in Web and E-Commerce modules.
