Troy Williams

Troy Williams is a seasoned Safety Professional with extensive experience in health and safety management across various sectors. Currently serving as Health and Safety Manager – Governance at BlueScope since December 2011, Troy has held multiple roles, including Health Safety Environment Manager and OHS Professional, focusing on self-insurance, change management, and compliance with corporate and legislative standards. Prior experience includes a position as Senior OHS Officer at NSW Health, where Troy led the development and implementation of OHS programs and coordinated audits. Additionally, Troy served as Compliance Manager at Compass Group, overseeing a significant contract and managing safety systems, audits, and training. Troy holds a Master’s degree and a Graduate Certificate in OHS from the University of Wollongong.
