James B. Monks

James B. Monks is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving at Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York since June 2023, Monks previously held a similar role at MVP Health Care from February 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing the large group sales process through prospecting and implementation, as well as marketing product lines and delivering presentations. Prior to this, Monks worked as a Major Accounts Retirement Services District Manager at ADP from July 2010 to February 2015. Monks earned a degree in Journalism from the Russell J. Jandoli School of Journalism at St. Bonaventure University, attending from 1996 to 2000, and completed secondary education at Coxsackie-Athens from 1992 to 1996.
