Kiley Stoops

Kiley Stoops is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality coaching, customer service, and pharmacy operations, currently serving as a Quality Coach at BlueShield of Northeastern NY since September 2012. Kiley has held several roles within the organization, including Supervisor of Pharmacy Service, where responsibilities included managing a team, monitoring service metrics, and conducting audits. Kiley has also excelled as a Pharmacy Senior Representative and Customer Service Representative, receiving multiple awards for outstanding service. Prior experience includes working as an assistant in an endodontic practice and as a search engine marketing account coordinator. Kiley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from St. Lawrence University.
