Paal Gisholt

Paal Gisholt has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Paal is currently serving as the CEO of Blueshift Nutrition since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at SmartPak for almost 19 years, starting as the President and CEO in December 1999 and leaving in April 2018. Before joining SmartPak, they were a General Partner at Spray Venture Partners from September 1996 to December 1999. Paal also worked as an Investment Manager at Advent International from September 1993 to September 1996. Paal Gisholt began their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co., Inc. in 1987.

Paal Gisholt attended Dartmouth College from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography. Paal later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School, completing it from 1991 to 1993.
