Maria Elena Ruiz

Maria Elena Ruiz possesses extensive experience in project management, event planning, and operational control. Currently serving as Controller/Project Manager at Bluesmile Technology since May 2019, and as an Event Planner at CandyLand Evento since July 2016, Maria Elena is responsible for organizing and planning events, managing suppliers, and optimizing resources. Previously, as Jefe Control de Gestión TI at Corpoelec (Enelven), from January 2009 to June 2016, Maria Elena designed and executed strategies for monitoring performance metrics within technology divisions. Additional roles include Analista de Gestión de Gente at Procedatos, focusing on employee training needs, and Coordinadora de Investigación de Mercado, where Maria Elena contributed to the brand's market consolidation through marketing activities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Project Management from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Zulia.
