Arby M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career at Bank of America as a Telephone Sales Representative and Personal Banker, where they consistently ranked in the top ten for monthly sales and customer service. They then moved on to Southern California Edison as an Electrical Distribution Engineer, completing projects such as designing distribution circuits and substations. After that, Arby worked as a Sales Manager at Nippon Optical, achieving significant growth in customer base, sales, and profit margins. They then transitioned to Engineering Planning and Management, Inc. as a Programmer Analyst, developing and modifying software applications for the nuclear power industry. Arby then held multiple roles at Cayan LLC, including Sales Engineer and Senior Sales Engineer. Following that, they joined TSYS as a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering. Currently, Arby is the Director of Solutions Engineering at BlueSnap, overseeing the solutions engineering team for a global payment technology company.

Arby M. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from UC Irvine in 2005, with a double major in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In addition, Arby M. holds the certifications of Qualified Integrator & Reseller (QIR) from the PCI Security Standards Council (obtained in 2017) and Certified Payments Professional (CPP) from the Electronic Transactions Association (obtained in 2014).
