Nick Jaggers has extensive experience in operations management and photography, currently serving as Head Of Operations at bluesource since November 2006, a role that follows positions as Business Services Manager and Head of Global Service Management Centre. In addition to this, Nick has owned and operated Nautilus Photographics since September 1998. Past professional experience includes roles at Deloitte as National Service Desk Assistant Manager and Senior Technology Analyst, and at the Royal Bank of Scotland as Customer Adviser/Sales Manager. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology and an Associateship Of The Royal School Of Mines from Imperial College London, along with various certifications in project management (Prince2) and IT service management (ITIL).
