Keir J. LoIacono, Esq. has extensive experience in the field of business and law. Keir J. began their career in 2001 as a Senior Executive Account Manager at OraPharma, where they were responsible for growth of strategic accounts and new business development. In 2008, they joined Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik as an Intellectual Property Attorney, where they focused on IP litigation, transactions, trademark counseling, and global patent prosecution. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Advaxis, Inc., including Senior Director, Legal (Lead In-house Counsel), Director of Intellectual Property and Associate Counsel, and Director of Intellectual Property. In 2018, they joined OncoSec as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President Legal and Corporate Development, Chief Compliance Officer. In 2020, they were appointed Director of the Board of Directors at EpiAxis Therapeutics. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Business Officer, and Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy at BlueSphere Bio.

Keir J. LoIacono, Esq. received their Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2008 and their Bachelor's degree (with Honors) in Biology from Manhattan College in 1998. Keir J. is also a Registered Patent Attorney with the USPTO.
