Eddie Broxson - Osint Sourcing Technologist

Eddie Broxson has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and talent sourcing. Eddie started their career at Kelly Engineering Resources, where they held various roles, including Engineering Recruiting Talent Acquisition Manager, IT/Engineer Recruiting Business Development Manager, and District Manager. During their time at Kelly, they focused on creating growth and profitability for the company through strategic planning and effective recruitment strategies.

After working at Kelly, Eddie joined Braxstaff Technical Services as the Director of Recruiting. In this role, they developed and implemented a comprehensive recruiting strategy focused on IT and Engineering within the Department of Defense. Eddie also analyzed and evaluated job boards, search engines, and social media sites to drive the best return on investment for the recruiting team. Additionally, Eddie was responsible for driving revenue and closing opportunities with new customers in the Aerospace, Intelligence, and Defense industry.

Eddie's most recent experience was at Lockheed Martin, where they served as a Senior Talent Sourcing Technologist. Eddie utilized unconventional methods to find exceptional talent and effectively communicated Lockheed Martin's technical programs and needs to passive security cleared candidates. Eddie built strong relationships with candidates and encouraged them to join the Lockheed family.

Currently, Eddie is the Director of Recruiting at Bluestaq, a position they started in February 2023.

Eddie Broxson - OSINT Sourcing Technologist has a diverse education history. Eddie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources from Capella University starting in 2016. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) for Business Administration and Management, General. In 1992, they completed an Associate's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Savannah Technical College.

In addition to their formal education, Eddie has also obtained several certifications. Eddie became a Certified Avature CRM SME & Administrator from Avature in July 2020. In March 2009, they received the Richardson Consultative Selling Master Trainer certification from Richardson. Additionally, they have a certification as a Black belt Internet Ninja, though the institution and specific date of obtaining this certification are not available.
