Troy Pendleton

Troy Pendleton is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in various technical roles. Currently serving as the IT Support Desk Lead at BlueStar US since August 2016, Troy specializes in Active Directory and Exchange administration, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Troy's diverse background includes positions as a Level II Technician at Great American Insurance, Helpdesk support at Lighthouse Youth Services, and various technical roles at Cforward, TEKsystems, and Gallatin Steel Company. Additionally, Troy is a self-publishing author, having begun a writing career in seventh grade. Troy holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Beckfield College, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
