Robert Wray

Robert Wray has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Robert started their career as the President and CEO of Powergy / Energy-Online, overseeing the manufacturing and sale of power conditioning devices. Robert later transitioned the company into web-based energy management before selling it to Pace Global Energy, which was later acquired by Siemens.

Wray then went on to work at SAIC as the VP / Division Manager, where they held a leadership position. Following that, they served in various high-ranking positions in the US Navy, including President of the Board of Inspection and Survey, Vice Commander of Navy Europe / Navy Africa / US Sixth Fleet, and Deputy Commander of Military Sealift Command.

In 2010, Wray became the President of Saltwater Leadership, and in 2013, they took on the role of CEO at BlueStar Telehealth, which provides caregiving organizations with comprehensive remote patient monitoring services.

Throughout their career, Wray has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various industries, including energy, technology, and healthcare.

Robert Wray obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1979. In 1986, they acquired a license as a licensed professional engineer in Mechanical Engineering from the State of New Hampshire. In 2005, they earned a Command and Staff Degree from the US Naval War College. From 2009 to 2010, Robert pursued a Masters in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Prior to these educational experiences, Robert attended Bishop England High School from 1973 to 1975.
