Craig Sheldon

Craig Sheldon is a seasoned risk operations executive with extensive leadership experience in credit and collections management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Credit Operations at Bluestem Brands, Inc. since May 2017, Craig oversees strategic direction and operational governance for global pre-charge off operations. Prior to this, Craig held significant roles at Target, Barclays Bank, GE Capital, and General Electric, managing recovery operations, collections governance, and performance enhancement initiatives. Craig holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Business from Saint John's University.
