Lonnie Maag

Lonnie Maag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collections reporting and analysis, currently serving as the Sr. Manager at Bluestem Brands, Inc. since February 2014. In this role, Lonnie leads a team of analysts focused on strategy development, implementation, and reporting. Responsibilities also include forecasting call center staffing needs and managing communications across various channels. Previously, Lonnie held positions at Target Financial Services, including Project Lead for Strategy, Implementation & Control and Agency Relations Coordinator from November 2007 to February 2014.
