Shane Kavanagh

Shane Kavanagh is a seasoned Senior Developer with extensive experience in software engineering and e-commerce platform support. Currently at Bluestem Brands, Inc., since June 2013, Shane has played a significant role in migrating infrastructure to Amazon EKS. Prior to this, a notable tenure at UnitedHealth Group from April 2005 to June 2013 included leadership of the TRICARE Beneficiary Portal development team and designing core functionalities for the OptumHealth eSync Platform. Shane's technical expertise spans various development roles that encompass systems integration, Java architecture, and automated processes, along with previous positions at Carlson Companies and US Bank. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
