Joel Kitson

Joel Kitson is the Head of Pricing and Analytics at Bluestone Home Loans. Previously, Joel worked as the Insights Lead at SocietyOne, a peer-to-peer fintech lender, and as a Senior Analytics Manager at Macquarie Bank, where he developed credit scorecards for the consumer banking arm. Joel also has experience as a Senior Data Analyst at OFX and as an Analyst at Citibank Australia Pty Ltd. He holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School.
