Mike Kemple

Mike Kemple has a comprehensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Mike started their career at Bristol Mortgage as an Operations Manager, where they managed various operations and customer communications. Later, they joined Fleet Mortgage as the New England Regional Wholesale Manager, responsible for sales, operations, and profitability. Mike then moved to Washington Mutual Bank as the Wholesale Lending Regional Sales Manager, leading wholesale loan production in New England. After that, they joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage as the Northeast Regional Manager, introducing the company to the region and handling retail branch, wholesale broker, and non-delegated correspondent production. Currently, they are working at Bluestone Bank as the 1st Senior VP of Residential & Consumer Lending. Additionally, they have held roles at the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Assoc. (MMBA), serving as Chair of the Board of Directors and Director.

Mike Kemple graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Mike also obtained a Graduate Certificate of Special Studies in Administration from Harvard Extension School. Prior to their higher education, Mike attended Paramus Catholic High School. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator from NMLS in 2012.
