Sian Straczek Renaud has over 20 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Sian has held various managerial positions at Bluestone National Park Resorts Ltd, starting as the Head of Guest Services in 2008 and then moving on to become the Head of Accommodation Services in 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for managing large teams and ensuring excellent customer service. Prior to working at Bluestone, they owned and managed New Inn Meidrim Ltd from 2003 to 2008. Sian also worked as a Front Office Manager at DEVERE GRAND BRIGHTON from 2000 to 2003 and as a Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager at CAREYS MANOR HOTEL from 1997 to 2000. Sian gained valuable experience as a trainee manager during their time at University Professional Year in the USA. Throughout their career, Sian has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Sian Straczek Renaud studied at the University of Surrey from 1993 to 1997, completing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Hotel and Catering Management.
