Since opening in 2008, Bluestone National Park Resort has quickly grown to be one of the largest private sector employers in Wales. With a workforce of over 700, further expansion will take staff numbers to 1,000 by 2020, with 90 per cent of the current workforce living within a 30 mile radius of the resort.

The resort is the perfect place to escape to whether you are looking for a generational family break, romantic short break, or if you’re celebrating an occasion with friends.
Guests can choose from a range of luxury lodges set around a private Welsh village with cottages and studio apartments, fine dining restaurants, shops, a pub and its very own holistic spa and thermal rooms.

With over 100 activities to choose, from high ropes and zip wires through ancient woodland, to bug hunts and nature craft sessions, there is something for everyone to enjoy. 

The resort is also home to the Blue Lagoon Water Park, flumes, wild waves and a lazy river. The water park is the world’s first to be heated by biomass. Warmth is provided by an energy centre, which is fuelled by woodchip and Miscanthus which is grown by local farmers.

The Human Resources team at Bluestone National Park Resorts Ltd is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and development within the resort. This includes recruiting new staff, overseeing training and professional growth, handling payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
