Kaiesha D. Ford

Kaiesha Ford currently serves as a Senior IT QA Data Analyst at blueStone Solutions Group, having transitioned into this role in December 2023 following a previous contract. As Co-Founder and President of The Empowerment Approach, Inc. since October 2019, Kaiesha has led the development of business and marketing strategies while managing a team to successfully establish the organization. With extensive experience as a Senior Software QA Consultant at GDH and Rural Sourcing, Kaiesha has directed quality assurance efforts across various projects, significantly improving system reliability and usability.
