Rebecka Kruk

Rebecka Kruk serves as the Chief Executive Officer of blueStone Solutions Group since March 2025, following a tenure as CEO at blueStone Holdings Group where responsibilities included oversight of blueStone Staffing Solutions and blueStone Healthcare Solutions from July 2021 to March 2025. Previously, Rebecka held the position of Managing Director at blueStone Staffing from 2001 to July 2021, focusing on operational, sales, and financial growth within a national professional services firm specializing in recruiting talent across various sectors. Early career experiences included roles as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at Deluxe Media Services and as a Human Resources Generalist at Rank Video Services America, emphasizing employee relations and staffing programs. Rebecka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and Purdue University, along with an MBA in Finance and HR from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and has completed the Tuck WBENC Executive Program.
