Christina McKenna

President at BlueStone Television

Christina McKenna is the current President at BlueStone Television. Christina has over 25 years of experience in communications, media relations, and journalism.

McKenna began their career in 1991 as a Writer and 24-Hour News Beat Anchor for WDIV-TV. Christina then moved to WRIC TV in 1993 where they worked as a TV News Reporter and Anchor. In 1995, they transitioned to KIRO TV where they worked as a TV News Reporter for five years.

After a brief stint as the Director of Media Relations for Boston Edison, McKenna returned to television news reporting as a TV News Reporter for WHDH TV in 2000. The following year, they became the Director of Communications for McKenna Associates, a position they held for four years.

In 2006, McKenna returned to Suffolk University as an Associate Professor of Journalism. Christina taught at Suffolk until 2010 when they were named President at BlueStone Television.

Christina McKenna has a Master's in Journalism from Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Chicago. Christina also has certification from the National Speakers Association, the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT), and WBENC.
