Simon Elias has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the Group CEO of Bluestorm Limited, a tech software design agency that evolved into recruiting talent within various industries. In 2014, they became an investor at AMVAS, a company focused on adding value to asset management businesses. In 2018, they became an investor at Benan International, a company aiming to fix issues related to unpaid rent and property damage. Also in 2018, they took on the role of Group CEO at Dazzle London, a commercial cleaning company with a focus on workplace well-being and sustainability. From 2015 to 2018, Simon was an investor at Datasprint, a data platform that helps businesses become insight-driven.
