Robert Doty

Robert Doty has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Robert began their career at Excellus BCBS as a Business Consultant, where they conducted market research and analysis for new health plans. Robert then moved on to Xerox Corporation, where they served as an Engineering Services Manager, responsible for project planning and management in multiple areas, including software configuration and tools management.

After their time at Xerox, Robert worked at BlueTie, Inc. in several positions, including President & CEO, Director of Services Delivery, Systems Operations Manager, and Implementation and CS Manager. In these roles, they led and managed customer service efforts, project management, and implementations. Robert also developed and implemented software configuration management strategies and improvement plans.

During their tenure as President and Managing Partner at Lynxster Group, Robert launched a website providing low-cost job board alternatives. Additionally, they owned and operated Rochester Classifieds Online, providing free online classifieds services.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Robert has experience managing budgets, conducting research, and implementing process improvements.

Robert Doty obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2007.
