Dan Neicutescu, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dan currently works at Bluetooth SIG as a Senior Compliance Manager, where they ensure all Bluetooth enabled products are compliant to certification processes and conducts audits. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager, Compliance at the same company. Dan'sresponsibilities included managing aspects of the qualification, listing, declaration, and testing process.

Before joining Bluetooth SIG, Dan worked at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. - Microsoft Account. During their time there, they held various positions including Criminal Compliance Specialist, where they managed legal requests and data using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Dan also served as a Microsoft Security Project Manager, overseeing a team of 80+ employees and managing a budget of over $1 million. In addition, they worked as a Security Officer, Scheduler, and Supervisor, where they coordinated day-to-day operations, performed surveillance, and organized schedules.

Dan's earlier experience includes a role as an Operations Manager at Papa Johns.

Dan Neicutescu, MBA has a strong educational background in business and project management. Dan holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Global Management from City University of Seattle. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from the same institution. Dan also obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management from City University of Seattle.

In addition to their formal education, Dan Neicutescu has also obtained certifications in the field of change management and Lean Six Sigma. Dan earned the Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in November 2018, further enhancing their expertise in managing organizational change. In May 2018, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from SixSigma.us, demonstrating their understanding of quality improvement methodologies.
