Kannan Mangalanathan

Kannan Mangalanathan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in software engineering. Kannan started their career at HCL Technologies in 2002 as a Member of Technical Staff and worked there until 2004. Kannan then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2004 and served as an Associate to Architect for nearly 9 years. In 2013, they joined iLink Systems as a Lead Development Engineer, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Bluetooth SIG, initially as a Development Team Lead and currently as a Principal Software Engineer.

Kannan Mangalanathan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University. Kannan studied at the university from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 1998 to 2001, Kannan pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from PSG College of Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications from Microsoft in March 2023. Kannan also attained the AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certification from Microsoft in March 2023. Additionally, Kannan holds a Website .NET Developer Certification for Sitecore XP 8.0 from Sitecore, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
