Karen Kim

Karen Kim serves as the Senior Director of Technical Content at Bluetooth SIG since November 2016, leading efforts to develop comprehensive specification documentation for Bluetooth wireless technology and managing a team of technical writers and editors. Previously, Karen held various roles at Bluetooth SIG, including Director of Specification Creation and Senior Manager of Technical Publications. Karen's experience also includes a Content Strategist position at Amazon, where content strategy for buyer content in the Transaction Risk Management Systems group was driven, and several roles at Microsoft, including Senior Content Developer and Senior Content Publishing Manager, overseeing teams and managing projects for various SDKs and online platforms. Karen Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington.
